2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data you provide to us via the contact forms on this website will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Handle and resolve inquiries, questions, or requests for information regarding our English and Spanish classes for non-native speakers, rates, and schedules.

  • Manage the reservation of spots or pre-registrations for our training services.

  • Contact you (by email or phone) within approximately 72 hours to respond to your request.

 

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing your data is your express consent. By checking the box accepting the privacy policy and clicking the "Send" button on our forms, you freely, specifically, knowingly, and unequivocally authorize us to process your data for the purposes described.

The personal data provided will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected (such as responding to your request for information or managing your registration) and to determine any potential liabilities arising from that purpose. If you decide not to register for our classes, your data will be deleted, unless you expressly request otherwise.
